Bow Thayer
Originally from Hingham, Mass. and well known as a member of the popular alt-grass Boston band The Benders, Bow Thayer has been the driving force behind his newest acoustic project The Holy Plow as lead singer and songwriter. He plays all things stringed, most notably guitar and banjo. His rock band, The Perfect Trainwreck recorded their album “Spend it All” (2006) at Levon Helms’ studio in Woodstock NY, with Levon on drums, and their newest album, “Bottom of the Sky” (2010), was designated an album of the year.
