Revels North was founded in 1975 by Carol Langstaff to celebrate the seasons in performance through the power of traditional song, dance, storytelling and ritual. Revels is linked to 9 other companies across the country, all creating opportunities for communal celebration and participatory theater. Revels North has its own rich traditions and events, including the Summer Solstice Festival, The Revels Kids Program, community singing and dances, outreach events, and of course, the annual Christmas Revels at Dartmouth College’s Hopkins Center.
